Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Kerala: 2–5 business days
Other parts of India: 4–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed. Free shipping may be offered during selected promotions or for orders above a specified value.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the contact information provided during checkout.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Soul of Jungle will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

In case of an unusual delay, please contact us with your order number. We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you with the shipment status.
