At Soul of Jungle, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in packaging and delivering our nature-inspired fragrance products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • You received an incomplete order.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse by the customer.
  • Change of mind after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the package
  • A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Soul of Jungle.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Replacement Policy

If the received product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may not be issued if:

  • Incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer.
  • Delivery failed because the customer was unavailable.
  • The product shows signs of use or tampering.
  • The request is made after the eligible return period.
